AIM is recruiting
AIM is recruiting passionate individuals looking to take their aircraft maintenance careers to new heights. We’re particularly interested in CM-57 modular mechanics and borescope inspectors. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we want to meet you! Contact our HR Team at hr@aimfaamro.com and/or browse our vacancies.
To connect with new talent, the AIM HR team attended the Aviation Institute of Maintenance‘s (AIM) Career Fair in Phoenix, Arizona on March 20. They met the first graduating class and other students and had engaging conversations with them about their projects and aspirations, as well as insightful discussions about current trends. The team also holds recruitment events at Pima Community College Aviation Technology School.
