Aviation Technical Documents Writer/Records Analyst/Auditor

Location: Tucson, AZ

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday

Salary: Competitive hourly with overtime, when available (> 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze Customer requirements against approved technical data to create technical work scopes and task cards
  • Analyze and review Customer-provided records
  • Create, review and analyze mini-packs for all maintenance accomplished
  • Relevant tasks that prove necessary to the day-to-day functioning of the company

Qualifications & experience

  • College degree preferable
  • Minimum one year’s relevant experience in a professional office setting
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office etc.

Borescope Inspector

Job purpose:  To conduct video borescope inspections of engines and APUs, and create comprehensive technical reports referencing technical data.

Location: Tucson, AZ

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday

Salary: Competitive hourly with overtime, when available (> 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to engine location
  • Perform borescope inspection of engines and APU’s IAW technical data
  • Document work on internal reports

 Qualifications & experience:

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2 years’ borescope experience
  • A&P License (preferred)

We are looking for an Engine Technician l to be part of our operations team. 

Successful candidates will assist with the following, including but not limited to:

  • Removal/Repair/Installation of engine modules
  • Top & Bottom Case Repairs
  • Removal & Installation of Engines
  • Removal & Installation of QEC
  • AD & SB Modifications
  • Borescope Inspections
  • Boroblend Repairs
  • Engine Runs
  • NDT
  • Engine Preservation
  • General Shop Work & other tasks as required

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Able to read, understand & follow ESM & AMM manual instructions
  • Assist with the disassembly, test, repair & reassembly of engine, engine modules & components
  • Assist with the removal & installation of various aircraft engines across multiple platforms
  • Willingness to work as team member & the ability to learn
  • Excellent work ethic

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years’ experience as an Aircraft/Engine Technician/Mechanic
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in MRO organization
  • Airframe & Powerplant/Powerplant License
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • CDL
  • Proficient in MS Office suite

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Engine shop & field work in all weather conditions
  • Successful candidates must be willing to travel as needed both domestically & internationally

  • 5 plus years’ relevant industry experience as a CFM 56 Engine Modular Technician/Mechanic
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent communicator with ability to teach/convey best industry practises in a professional work environment
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • CDL
