On Friday, June 20, we celebrated a major milestone, AIM’s 20th anniversary, and honored the vision and leadership of our founder, Craig Grave.
Craig founded AIM in 2005 as a one-man borescope inspection company. Through his determination and technical skill, AIM quickly earned a reputation for quality. By 2009, we achieved FAA and EASA Part 145 Certification, and completed our first Top Case Repair.
AIM continued to grow, developing DER Boroblend repairs, manufacturing engine stands, and relocating to larger facilities in 2015 and 2022 to become a full Engine MRO with overhaul and modular capabilities.
In 2022 and 2023, we expanded into aircraft storage and teardown operations at our Pinal and Coolidge locations.
Today, AIM is globally recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and service. Craig’s leadership has been key to our journey, and we thank him for laying the foundation for continued success.
