Committed to maximizing our Customers’ green time, we specialize in surgical strike engine repairs, CFM56 overhauls and module maintenance. We also test, inspect, remove, tag serviceable and store engines at our AZ-based facility.
We’re a dual-accredited FAA and EASA Part 145 Certificated Repair Station. Operating within an approved Quality Control System, we have an approved A449 Drug & Alcohol Program and a D100 authorization to perform work in the field. We’re also TCCA and 2REG approved
We’re a one-stop shop for airframes, engines and APUs.
We understand the aviation industry, its regulations and the need for rapid TATs.
Our highly skilled and accredited Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technicians, certificated Repairmen, and our FAA/EASA approved Quality Control System ensure we exceed Customers’ expectations.
We’re one of the few MROs with an FAA-approved procedure to boroblend LPT blades on CF6-80s, CFM56, JT9D-7, PW2000 and V2500 series engines. Additionally, we have FAA-approved procedures in place to boroblend the HPC and IPC on RB211-524 & 535 series and Trent 700 & 800 series; and the HPC on the JT9D, V2500, PW2000 & PW4000 series engines.
We’ve built our reputation on our personal approach and rapid response capabilities.
We operate from our shop in Tucson (AZ) and have a storage facility at Coolidge Municipal Airport (AZ). We also partner with MRO and storage facilities in Tucson, Marana and Goodyear (AZ), Victorville and Mojave (CA), and Roswell (NM).
