Founded in 2005, AIM is a leading Tucson, Arizona based MRO that is an international provider of cost-effective aircraft and jet engine maintenance services and capabilities. Committed to maximizing our Customers’ green time, we specialize in surgical strike engine repairs, CFM56 overhauls and module maintenance. We also test, inspect, remove, tag serviceable and store engines.

We’re a dual-accredited FAA and EASA Part 145 Certificated Repair Station. Operating within an approved Quality Control System, we have an approved A449 Drug and Alcohol Program and a D100 authorization to perform field work. We’re also TCCA, CAA and 2REG approved.
We’ve built our reputation as a leading Tucson, Arizona based MRO on our commitment to understanding Customer requirements, meeting their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
We’re one of the few Arizona MROs with an FAA-approved procedure to boroblend LPT blades on CF6-80s, CFM56, JT9D-7, PW2000 and V2500 series engines. Additionally, we have FAA-approved procedures to boroblend the HPC and IPC on RB211-524, 535 series and Trent 700, 800 series engines; and the HPC on the JT9D, V2500, PW2000, and PW4000 series engines.
